Buy an all-day and ride with club members along Light Rail Routes. Scavenger Hunt has assigned topics and you have once chance to get it. Details in September newsletter.

PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY CLASS RESCHEDULED: Changed to Sunday, September 19. A few places remain. Contact Dee (deebee36 at msn.com) ASAP.
JUN 30 - The August Field trip to Denver Zoo has been moved from the 7th to the 22th.
APR 15 - The St Vrain State Park trip has been moved up to Sunday, April 18 due to conflicts the following weekend.
JAN 17 - There have been 3 adjustments made to the 2010 DPS Calendar distributed at the meeting on January 14 (corrected version is on calendar page):
- Wilderness on Wheels field trip moved FROM 9/25/10 TO Saturday, August 7, 2010.
- Light Rail-Scavenger Hunt moved FROM 8/8/10 TO Sunday, September 26, 2010.
- PV & W Model Railroad Shoot moved FROM 10/29/10 TO Saturday, October 23, 2010.

RECENT EVENTS
ROCKY MOUNTAIN REGIONAL FALL CAMERA & COLLECTIBLES SHOW - Sunday, October 18, 2009, 9am - 4pm, Jefferson County Fairgrounds. Members are needed to help with setup, takedown, and to provide prints for display. Contact Larry or Dee.
"THROUGH THE LENS" Gallery Exhibit by DPS members, May 1-26, 2009.
Sean Brown's Studio 12 Gallery, 209 Kalamath St #12, Denver (Kalamath is one street west of Santa Fe Drive, just south of 3rd Ave). Features the work of several members. The reception is Friday, May 1, 4pm-9pm (In conjunction with Art District First Friday Art Walk.) Also, during April, the gallery will feature work by member April Connolly.
NEW MEETING LOCATION & DATE: Starting in January 2009, we move to Consolidated Mutual Water building at 12700 West 27th Avenue, Lakewood 80215. Parking is in the front of the building and you walk down the ramp on the east side to the entrance at the back corner. Meetings move to the 2nd Thursday - first new meeting is January 8. (Exceptions: in May, meet 1st Thursday; in December, year end potluck at location TBA)
